• Purchasing a reading authorizes Ari permission to access your energy and guides.
• Once you have booked an appointment, we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
• You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at Ari Sharelle.

No Shows

There will be no refund for a missed appointment ("no show").

Digital Products

We do not issue refunds for any reason once we confirm the session and/or send the product. Sessions and orders are considered confirmed once the purchaser pays for the session.

Cancellation Policy

We do not issue refunds for live sessions once confirmed or begun. Sessions are confirmed upon deposit or fee payment.

Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours notice. Please contact us within 24 hours of any scheduling issues for resolution.

We do not issue refunds for any reason once a session has been confirmed and/or a digital product has been sent. A session or order is considered confirmed once the purchaser has paid.
